Jones Gun Parts are guaranteed to be as described and of the highest quality.  Your satisfaction is our goal, and should any of our products fail to meet your expectations, you may return them for replacement or refund of purchase price, less shipping and handling charges, within 30 days in UNALTERED condition.  Please email or use our "contact" page to advise of any problems  and we will do our best for you.

 Shipping: We make every effort to maintain our inventory as represented on our catalog pages, however we are at the mercy of our manufacturers and suppliers and they sometimes are out-of-stock and with extended lead times. Any item that is not in inventory will be back-ordered and shipped separately when available.  Should the lead time exceed 30 days we will notify you and you will have the option to cancel any outstanding items and receive a refund for those items.  Orders received by 10:00 AM, central time are usually shipped same day, Monday through Friday. 

Privacy: Your privacy is guarded and respected.  We will not distribute, sell, rent, or loan any information regarding our customers, or their guns, to any third party.
